ProducerIO legal

Terms of Service

Effective September 22, 2026

These Terms govern access to and use of ProducerIO. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, when applicable, your organization.

Service provider

ProducerIO is operated by Legacy Lead Media LLC (“ProducerIO,” “we,” “us” or “our”). Questions about these Terms may be sent to [email protected].

Accounts and authorized use

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure and use the service only for lawful business purposes. Organization administrators control their workspace, users, roles, connected services and customer-provided data. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for ensuring that authorized users follow these Terms.

Subscriptions, metered usage and taxes

Paid plans renew automatically for the billing period shown at checkout until canceled. Plan fees, add-ons, metered usage, carrier or provider fees, registration charges, regulatory charges and taxes may be billed separately as disclosed on the pricing page, checkout or invoice. You authorize recurring and usage-based charges to the payment method on file. Fees already incurred are nonrefundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

Cancellation and account changes

You may manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal when available. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period unless stated otherwise. We may suspend access for nonpayment, security risk, unlawful use or a material violation of these Terms.

Communications and consent

You are responsible for the recipients, content, timing and legal basis of calls, emails, SMS, MMS and automated communications sent through ProducerIO. You must obtain and document all required consent, honor opt-out requests and comply with applicable telemarketing, privacy, insurance, carrier and messaging rules. ProducerIO may apply technical limits or suspend messaging that threatens deliverability, security or compliance.

Connected services

You may connect third-party services such as Google, Microsoft, Stripe and communications providers. Your use of those services is also governed by their terms. You authorize ProducerIO to exchange the limited information needed to perform actions you request. You may revoke a connection at any time, though related features will stop working.

Customer data

As between you and ProducerIO, you retain rights in information you submit to the service. You grant ProducerIO permission to host, process, transmit, display and back up that information solely to provide, secure and improve the service and to meet legal obligations. You represent that you have the authority and required notices or consents to provide and use the information.

Acceptable use

You may not use ProducerIO to break the law, send spam, mislead recipients, impersonate others, transmit malware, probe or bypass security, access another organization’s information, overload the service, resell access without written permission or infringe the rights of others.

Software and intellectual property

ProducerIO and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, design, branding and documentation. Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the service for your internal business operations during the subscription.

Availability and changes

We work to keep ProducerIO available and secure, but the service may occasionally be interrupted. Features may change as the product develops. We may use reasonable limits to protect reliability, security and other customers.

Disclaimers and liability

ProducerIO provides workflow and communication tools. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting or insurance advice and does not guarantee carrier approval, sales results, deliverability or regulatory compliance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the fees you paid to ProducerIO during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate as described in these Terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limits of liability and dispute provisions—will survive.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Harris County, Texas will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will post the revised Terms here and update the effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
