Privacy Policy

ProducerIO helps insurance professionals manage clients, communications, workflows and related business operations. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it and the choices available to you.

Who we are

ProducerIO is operated by Legacy Lead Media LLC. In this policy, “ProducerIO,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Legacy Lead Media LLC and the ProducerIO service. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to [email protected].

Information we collect

• Account and organization information: name, email address, organization, role, account settings, subscription and support history.
• Customer-provided business data: client, prospect, policy, appointment, task, communication and document information that an authorized user enters or imports.
• Connected-service data: authorization tokens, account identifiers and limited data required to provide integrations you choose to enable.
• Usage and device information: sign-in events, browser and device information, feature activity, IP address, security logs and diagnostic data.
• Payment information: subscription and invoice status from our payment processor. ProducerIO does not store full payment-card numbers.

Google account data

If you connect Gmail or Google Workspace, ProducerIO requests your email address and permission to send email from that connected mailbox. We use Google account data only to identify the connected mailbox, maintain the connection and send messages that you initiate or schedule through ProducerIO.

• ProducerIO does not request permission to read, search or delete your Gmail messages.
• ProducerIO does not store your Google password.
• OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted at rest and access is limited to the application components that provide the email feature.
• We do not use Google user data for advertising, sell it, or allow humans to read it except when necessary for security, legal compliance or user-requested support and only with appropriate controls.
• You may disconnect Google at any time from your ProducerIO profile or revoke access from your Google Account permissions.

ProducerIO’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

How we use information

• Provide, operate, secure and support the service.
• Authenticate users and enforce organization and role-based access.
• Deliver communications, workflows and integrations requested by authorized users.
• Process subscriptions, measure service performance and improve reliability.
• Detect misuse, investigate security events and comply with applicable law.

How we share information

We share information only as needed to provide the service, follow your instructions, protect users or comply with law. Service providers may include hosting, database, communications, analytics, identity and payment vendors. They receive only the information required for their work and are subject to contractual and security obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and deletion

We retain information while an account is active and as needed for security, billing, legal and operational obligations. Connected-account tokens are deleted or disabled when you disconnect the integration or when the account is closed, subject to limited backup retention. To request access, correction or deletion, email [email protected]. We may need to verify the request and confirm the requester’s authority for organization-controlled data.

Security

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, including encryption in transit, encryption of sensitive credentials at rest, access controls, logging and service monitoring. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may update account information, manage connected mailboxes, revoke third-party access and control certain communications through ProducerIO. You may also contact us about privacy rights available under applicable law.

Children and international use

ProducerIO is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. The service is operated from the United States. If you use it from another country, information may be processed in the United States.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email.
